My name is John Leach, and, OK…I admit it. I’m kind of a geek. I love computers, technology, the interenet…you name it. I attended the University of Oregon from 1988-1993 majoring in Journalism, Advertising & media Studies.
The past 10 years I have been the owner of a mortgage company in Eugene, Oregon and have been relentless in my passion for helping real estate agents market themselves better and improving their businesses, and have been able to extract a lot of information from the top 7% agents. (If you’ve heard of the 80/20 rule it no longer applies in real estate – it is now the top 7% of agents who do 93% of the business).
